Ahmed is a passionate AdMan and Marketing enthusiast with a background in Business Management.

Ahmed joined Creative Edge Ltd (Now known as Creative VMLY&R) in 2004 as an Advertising Executive. While employed at Creative Edge, he worked on brands like Nestle Foods, Crown Paints, Mabati Rolling Mills, EABL, KCB, Safal Group, Ramco Group, Vitafoam and many others.

He founded the #FeedKe Initiative in 2011 while working at Creative Edge. This effort earned him the title of Philanthropist of the Year (2011). Ahmed also played a key role in creating the PAMOJA Campaign in partnership with APR and the Kenya Red Cross Society which focused on providing relief to the victims of the Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami which occurred in Japan in the same year.

Ahmed sensed that there was a gap in the digital marketing sector and decided to get into partnership to form Qube Ltd in 2012. This was a boutique advertising agency that had a strong focus on digital marketing. Qube had 25 full-time employees that churned out several major campaigns.

He left Qube Ltd in 2020 to create a Bold, New Marketing Agency which continues to grow by the day. Ahmed realised there was a need for an agency that focused on building strong relationships with clients and creating the best solutions for brand problems/challenges.

An experienced adman who is behind numerous successful campaigns and product launches, Ahmed continues to shake the foundations in the Kenyan market space with his ideas.

Currently, you’ll find him at Disruptive Media where his role as Chief Disruptor has seen the agency regularly secure new business and develop campaigns that stand out in the industry.

Outside the Disruption hub, Ahmed finds inspiration in his family, photography, travel and community causes.
